Yummy Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 80 ml milk
- 60 g Greek yogurt
- 25 g rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more to taste)
- about 40 g fresh blueberries
Preparation:
- Mix the oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon in a small jar.
- Cover it and place it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, serve with fresh or frozen blueberries and one or two extra spoonfuls of yogurt.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Difficulty: very easy
