Yummy Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 80 ml milk
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 25 g rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more to taste)
  • about 40 g fresh blueberries

Preparation:

  • Mix the oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon in a small jar.
  • Cover it and place it in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, serve with fresh or frozen blueberries and one or two extra spoonfuls of yogurt.

 

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Difficulty: very easy
